Yes, but it's ok because they are invariably utterly fucking stupid. They probably read Social Studies at Spunkbridge University went to work for the Labour Party at 21, did five years of anti-smoking campaigning work and now are co-ordinators of pro-Gaza protests in London where they regularly chuck stuff at Jews.
So I wouldn't worry about it too much. In the very sensible blogpost it's mentioned in he's just quoting the fuckwits who use that kind of phrase.
